Doing trendmill is best in losing weight indeed because there is a certain weight that we should maintain because obesity may cause hip fractures causing hip pains.

Thank you for this very interesting blog. With our busy schedules at work, we usually have a hard time hitting the gym to loose weight and retain our ideal weight. Indeed having a treadmill at home would be of great help and achieving our goal of losing weight which is good to avoid injury which ends up with hip implants.
